Been here a few times but had an awful experience today. The counter had spilled drink and I did not see and leaned into it. Was wearing a white shirt that cost $100. When I pointed it out to the young "lady" she was unconcerned. Did not even say sorry. Made no attempt to clean the mess. When I pointed all that out she asked me if I wanted her to jump over the counter and clean my shirt and her job is to make drinks not clean up and as I was leaving sarcastically said "have a nice day." This embarrassing event and a bad look for your business happened on June 17th at approximately 5:30pm. Be mindful of the nastiness you hire for business.

Placed an order through Uber eats for pickup. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:09. My order wasn't ready until 620. The cashier didnt bother to check the Uber eats orders until I asked and they have false advertising, this location doesn't offer sliders.

TLDR: Gong Cha and Xing Fu Tang are my current top 2 boba shops! 🧋 I got their earl grey milk tea 3Js (includes tapioca boba, herbal jelly, and pudding). It's like 50% toppings though. I usually get 30% sugar and light ice. This was really good but a bit sweet for my tastes. Sometimes they don't know how to process my Gong Cha giftcard so I suggest better staff training for that. What's the point of having a giftcard of I can't use it? Pro tip: It can also get VERY busy when school/work lets out. So order ahead to avoid the wait! No seats or bathroom here. I did see they started selling bubble waffles and I might try that on a future trip.
